The career from felt-tip pen to watercolor: Maite Mutuberria ilustrators works study

Abstract

We live in a society in which literature surrounds us everywhere. But the
awareness that this is so is not in the minds of all the people who make up
society. That is why literature is not given a specific social function, it is only
assigned value for entertainment and pleasure. In any case, literature is essential
to develop critical thinking, it helps us to be better people. Illustrations are also
part of literature, because of their ability to take the reader beyond the text, the
importance that albums and illustrated books have acquired is remarkable. Thus,
in the following work, an analysis of some of the works of the illustrator Maite
Mutuberria has been carried out, in order to know her career and recognize the
capacity and importance of the mentioned illustrations.
